My name is Alexander, I have known my ex-wife since childhood and in October 2010. we started a relationship. She offered me to go to Moscow with her and I agreed. In March 2012, my daughter was born. Since we were not legally married, we immediately signed and I adopted my daughter. In March 2012. I adopted my daughter and in March 2012 the marriage was registered. In October 2013, my son was born.
On July 15, 2016, my wife, children and relatives and I rested on the riverbank in the village of Deserts. My daughter went down into the water without asking and I dived after her. The result is a fracture of the cervical spine C3-C5, legs and fingers are completely paralyzed. Now I move around in an electric wheelchair.
In February 2017. My ex-wife registered me for her living space in Moscow. During the registration process, it turned out that I had been discharged from the old place of registration for a long time and in fact I am a homeless person.
In October 2017.
My ex-wife forcibly forced me to leave the house, saying that if I didn't leave, she wouldn't approach me and I would die myself from a bedsore that I had then and the inability to go to the toilet on my own (I pee with catheters). Because I don't have even the most basic self-service skills, I had to leave.
She found a gazelle and loaded all my personal belongings and took me to the village of Deserts to my mother, a pensioner. There are only 10 residents left in the village, there is not even a grocery store, I'm not talking about Artek or doctors.
So since 2017. until July 2019. I sat in the room on the bed without being able to even go out into the corridor. Then Dad was still alive and they could take care, but in 2019 dad died and mom can't even help me pee anymore because she sees very poorly.
For 2 years, I left my bed 3 times when I went to rehab. In order to get to rehabilitation, I had to ask the villagers to take me out of the house and put me in the car and, of course, brought me back on my return.
In July 2019, I met Irina in rehabilitation after learning my whole story, she did not remain indifferent and began to help me. With Irina's help, my bedsore was operated on and I began to live slowly.
In March 2020. my daughter had a birthday and having agreed with my ex-wife, I bought gifts for the children and came to meet with the children, this was the last time I saw my children. Until April 2020, she still sometimes let me talk to the children on the phone.
On April 17, I received an SMS in whatsapp with a request to give my voluntary consent to the adoption of children by another man. I replied with a categorical refusal because these are my children and I love them very much. This is the end of all communication with children.
She took them out of the place of registration in an unknown direction and to this day hides their whereabouts, blocked me, my mother and everyone who is next to me. In July 2020, my ex-wife filed the first lawsuit to remove me from the registration register. The court returned her claim.
In October 2020, I filed a lawsuit against the communication with children section. But during the conversation, the ex-wife said that she would not provide any documents, would not let any commissions into the apartment for examination if I did not withdraw the claim.
I had to withdraw the claim, because at that time I started getting specialized residential premises for myself. In fact, she kicked me out of the house, I had nowhere to live. In November 2021, an application was submitted to the MFC for recognition of the apartment where I was registered as not suitable for a wheelchair user.
In December, the application was refused. Then a second application was submitted and on 01.04.2021 a commission examination took place and an ACT was drawn up. In addition, the circumstances were revealed that this apartment does not correspond to the living space. (there is no hot water, there is no bathroom (the shower cabin is in the kitchen), there is no extractor hood.
04.05.2021 the prefecture suspends the performance of services for the recognition of premises unsuitable for wheelchair users, arguing that this application must be submitted by the owner or the state control (supervision) body.
The owners categorically refused to submit this application. We appealed to the TSC of the Basmanny district, but it also did not stand up for me. The executive authorities do not want to help me. I don't understand why they started providing the service, the act was drawn up and they agreed that the conditions for a wheelchair user there were torture and stopped the provision of the service.
In October 2021, the ex-wife, knowing that I am already engaged in recognizing her apartment as unsuitable for a wheelchair user, files a lawsuit to the court for recognizing me as not having acquired the right to use the living space.
The court accepts this claim for production and appoints an interview. Although the claim is written incorrectly and how it was accepted is unclear. At this conversation, from everything the judge said, I realized that she was completely on the plaintiff's side. A court hearing has been scheduled.
If the court satisfies the claim, it will be equivalent to a death sentence for me. I will not have housing, there will be no residence permit, therefore there will be no pension, there will be no rehabilitation either. They will stop giving me rehabilitation equipment, catheters (I can't write without them - therefore I will die in a few days).
At the moment, Irina has allowed me to live in her apartment for the time being, suitable for a wheelchair user, since she herself is a wheelchair user of group 1. She helps me in everyday life, because I can't do anything on my own. (neither to get dressed, nor to put on shoes, nor to eat).
I really need help in purchasing at least a room in a communal apartment in Moscow. So that there would be somewhere to live somehow. In my case, it's a matter of life and death. 89506044169 Alexander.
